1. Shipping Territory & Costs

Service Area: We ship exclusively to addresses within the Netherlands.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €50.
Standard Shipping: For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €4.95 applies.
Local Pickup: We offer Free Local Pickup from our Arnhem boutique for all orders, regardless of value.

2. Handling & Order Cut-Off Times

To ensure your unique finds are prepared with the highest level of care:

Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 17:00 (5:00 PM) Amsterdam Time.
Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Tuesday – Saturday).
Processing: Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on Sunday and Monday, will be processed the next open business day (Tuesday).

3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

Transit Time: 2 – 4 Business Days.
Total Estimated Delivery: 2 – 5 Business Days.
Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers, including PostNL and DHL, to ensure your vintage items arrive securely.

4. Specialist Handling for Vintage Items

Garment Care: Every item is rigorously inspected, professionally steam cleaned, and carefully packaged to maintain its quality and protect its unique history during transit.
Tracking: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow your package’s journey directly through the PostNL or DHL portal for real-time updates.

5. Local Arnhem Services

For our customers in the Arnhem area:

Free Local Pickup: You can collect your order for free from our boutique located in the 7 Straatjes area at Zwanenstraat 5a, 6811 DD Arnhem. Please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email before arriving.

6. Delivery Issues & Damages

Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging our fragile vintage items and home décor. However, if an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at support@jofelvintage.shop. Please include photos of the item and the packaging so we can assist you immediately.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
