These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Jofel Vintage website and your purchases. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Pricing & Payments
Currency & Taxes: All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include standard Dutch VAT where applicable.
Transparent Pricing: The price at checkout is the final price. We do not charge restocking fees or hidden handling charges.
Payment Methods: Transactions are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Territory: We ship exclusively within the Netherlands.
Order Cut-Off Time: 17:00 (5:00 PM) Amsterdam Time.
Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Tuesday – Saturday).
Transit Time: 2 – 4 Business Days.
Total Delivery: Estimated 2 – 5 Business Days.
Local Pickup: Free collection is available from our Arnhem boutique during business hours.
4. Right to Cancel & Returns
We comply with EU Consumer Protection Laws.
Standard Items: You have the right to cancel and return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receipt.
Exemptions: Due to health and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged:
Hygiene Goods: Items such as pierced jewelry, swimwear, or intimate wear once the hygiene seal is removed.
Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@jofelvintage.shop within 3 days with photographic evidence to qualify for a fair resolution or refund.
5. No Restocking Fees
In the event of an eligible return, Jofel Vintage charges €0.00 Restocking Fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns on eligible items.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
