1. How do you ensure the quality of your vintage items?

Every piece at Jofel Vintage is handpicked for its character and history. Before it reaches our shelves, each item is rigorously inspected and professionally steam cleaned so it is fresh, authentic, and ready to wear.

2. How do I know if an item will fit me?

Because vintage sizing from the 60s, 70s, and 80s can differ from modern sizing, we provide detailed measurements and modern size equivalents in our product descriptions. We recommend comparing these measurements to a garment you already own.

3. Do you offer delivery outside of the Netherlands?

No. We ship exclusively within the Netherlands. By focusing on our domestic market, we ensure dependable and fast delivery from our Arnhem boutique straight to your doorstep.

4. Can I return a vintage item if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! In accordance with EU law, you can return unworn and unwashed standard items within our 14-day return window if you change your mind. Please note that for health and safety, hygiene items (like swimwear or pierced jewelry) cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

5. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our fragile vintage pieces and home décor, but if an item arrives damaged, please notify us at support@jofelvintage.shop within 3 days with a photo. We will prioritize a fair resolution or refund to make it right.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, a flat shipping rate of €4.95 applies to ensure your unique finds are handled with care.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched (Handling Time: 0–1 Business Days), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery via PostNL or DHL.

8. Can I collect my order in person?

Absolutely! We offer Free Local Pickup from our boutique in the 7 Straatjes area of Arnhem. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
Collection Hours: Tuesday – Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Sunday & Monday Closed).

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed with SSL encryption.

10. Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to meet our 17:00 (5:00 PM) cut-off time. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it under our standard 14-day policy.
